One platform, the full lifecycle

Every step of the VIP journey runs on one workflow. Customers sign up in the venue or through a Promoter, receive their card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, scan in at the entrance, and redeem House Coupons at the bar. The platform records every step.

The Customer experience

A premium digital card that lives in the wallet your Customers already use, updates itself as their Tier changes, and reaches them with Push Promotions when there is something worth saying.

A premium card in every Customer's wallet
Native wallet, no app

Customers receive their card directly in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. No app to install, no separate login, no account to manage.

Cards stay current

When a Customer's Tier changes, the wallet pass updates automatically. House Coupons and Standing Benefits for their new Tier appear on the card.

Branded per Organization

Pass colors, label, and branding are controlled at the Organization level. Multi-brand Organizations can run distinct designs per Location.

Lifecycle handled

Tokens rotate daily at each Location's business-night cutoff. Inactive cards expire after six months and reactivate in one click.

Engagement that reaches the wallet
Push Promotions

Send Push Promotions to every Customer, a single Location, or a specific Card Tier. Pushes land on the wallet pass itself — not buried in an inbox.

Coupon notifications, automatic

Launch or update a House Coupon and the right Customers are notified without a mailing list. The card's notification view always shows what is current.

Operate at the venue, configure from anywhere

The floor team runs Hostess, Bar, and Sign-Up from iPads in kiosk mode. Org and Location Admins configure Card Categories, House Coupons, and Standing Benefits from any browser.

At the venue, every night
Entry scan with thermal ticket

One tap reads the Customer's QR, opens a NightSession, and prints a short-token ticket on a thermal printer at the entrance.

Bar redemption, validated once

Bar staff scan the ticket and apply the Customer's Tier discount. The platform validates atomically — once-only, location-scoped, business-night-scoped.

Sign-Up kiosk

Enroll walk-ups on the spot from a dedicated sign-up scanner. The Customer's wallet pass arrives in seconds.

Per-device kiosk modes

Each iPad runs in Hostess, Bar, Sign-Up, or All mode. Personal data is shown only where it's relevant — a Bar device never surfaces a Customer's address.

Configure Card Categories, House Coupons, and Standing Benefits
Card Category

Define Card Categories per Organization, scope them per Location. Category and Tier granularity for venues that run multiple programs.

House Coupons

Time-windowed, Tier-specific discounts with usage limits. The discount value is snapshotted at the entrance so it never changes mid-night.

Standing Benefits

Non-discount benefits — VIP list recognition, dress-code waiver, priority seating — assigned per Tier and rendered on the wallet pass.

Manager override

A Location Admin can void a ticket or override a redemption with a required reason. Every override is captured in the Activity Log.

Grow the program, see what is working

Promoters bring guests in for commission. Reports, live activity, and an append-only Activity Log show you what is happening across every Location.

Grow with Promoters
Promoter program

Issue commissions to Promoters for every Customer they bring in. Track sign-ups by Promoter, Tier, Location, and date.

Self-serve Promoter portal

Promoters log into their own workspace — separate from the admin portal — to see sign-ups, earnings, and request payouts.

Commission tracking

Running balances, paid-out history, and per-sign-up breakdowns. The numbers reconcile to the cent.

Payouts with approval

Promoters request payouts; admins approve, reject, or process them. Email notifications keep both sides informed at every status change.

Insights, audit, and fraud control
Reports and live activity

Visits, promo performance, and a real-time activity feed for every Location. Filter by date range, drill into any night.

Activity Log

Every staff action and system event is captured append-only. Searchable by date, Location, action type, and Customer.

Fraud detection

Repeated invalid scans auto-flag with severity levels. Manual flags from staff feed the same review queue.

Exports

CSV exports of Customers, visits, redemptions, and commissions for any range. Ready for accounting, audit, or a board report.

Multi-brand, multi-location

One Organization can own many Locations under different brand names. Roles are scoped where they should be.

Multiple brands, one Organization

Run multiple venue brands under a single Organization. Each Location can carry its own brand name, card design, and Tier structure.

Location-scoped roles

Staff and Location Admins see only the venues they manage. Org Admins see the full footprint and move between Locations freely.

Central controls

Card design, billing, and Location roster are managed centrally at the Organization level. Operational work stays at the Location.

Built for compliance

Hedges VIP is operated by Meridian Rock, PTE LTD, a Singapore entity. PDPA compliance is built into the workflow, not bolted on.

PDPA-aware by default

Consent capture with version tracking, redacted logs, and retention rules tied to each data category. Built for Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.

Data subject rights

Built-in endpoints for Customer access, correction, and erasure. Staff verify identity; the platform handles the rest within a 30-day window.

Audit-ready

Every write is logged. Every override has a reason. Every export is timestamped. Nothing happens without a trail.

Bring your VIP program online.

Hedges VIP is configured per Organization during sales engagement. Custom Tiers, multi-brand setup, and PDPA documentation are part of onboarding.
